My Teaching Philosophy

The most important thing in my classroom will be love. To feel seen and heard so they're comfortable enough to tell me they are struggling or not. Creating a nurturing environment will help grow their love for learning. Promoting a positive atmosphere can help ensure the students are valued. 

I will try to focus on child centered learning, which will help individual needs. Everyone learns differently and if I'm able to accommodate your child to learn I will. I'll also be having hands on learning activities like play-based learning and interactive lessons. 

We'll also be focusing on fundamental skills like math, reading and writing everyday to become stronger. Incorporating real world example to have a better understanding. Adapting lesson plans to be inclusive to all including English Language Learners and Exceptional Student Education.
